Holly Church, based in Sparta, TN, has served at the Tennessee Tech University Occupant Protection Center since 2020. With a background in psychiatric and pediatric nursing starting in 2012, she transitioned into child passenger safety in 2015. A certified technician since 2016 and instructor since 2022, Holly specializes in school bus and prenatal safety education. In November 2025, she earned her STAC Instructor credential, making her one of only two instructors in Tennessee with this distinction. She leverages her healthcare experience to provide expert advocacy and education for child passenger safety statewide.
