2026 Registration Form

The Tennessee Lifesavers Conference is for any individual interested in learning more about highway safety issues. If you have questions about the conference, please contact info@tntrafficsafety.org or call 1-800-992-3587(BELTS). Mileage, per diem, and hotel accommodations are the sole responsibility of the registrant. 

This year, there will be a conference fee of $75 for each day. The payments will be collected by Alliance Highway Safety and any questions regarding payments/refunds should be sent to shandi@alliancehighwaysafety.com.

If your agency is registering 4 or more people, and want to do a bulk payment, contact Shandi at shandi@alliancehighwaysafety.com.

Attendee Registration Refund/Cancellation Policy:
  • TN Lifesavers does NOT accept phone cancellations. Attendee registration cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to shandi@alliancehighwaysafety.com. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
  • Requests received by August 1, 2026 will be refunded. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
  • Requests made after August 1, 2026 or “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund.
  • Canceling your registration does NOT cancel your hotel reservation. You must cancel separately according to the hotel instructions.


Substitution Policy:
  • Substitutions are gladly accepted!
  • Substitution of registrations to another person for this conference is permitted prior to the conference and onsite.
  • The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the registration as well as updating any contact information.
  • Badge sharing/splitting is STRICTLY prohibited.


By registering for the 2026 Tennessee Lifesavers Conference & Law Enforcement Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are participating in events and activities of your own free and intentional will.
  • By participating in the 2026 Tennessee Lifesavers Conference & Law Enforcement Challenge, you grant the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) the right to use your name, image (photo and/or video), and other pertinent information for promotional activities.
  • You understand that all media content captured by the THSO during the conference is the property of the THSO and may be displayed or used by the THSO for any purpose.
  • You release the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, the THSO, and its representatives from any obligation or liability associated with this event.
