By participating in the 2026 Tennessee Lifesavers Conference & Law Enforcement Challenge, you grant the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) the right to use your name, image (photo and/or video), and other pertinent information for promotional activities.
You understand that all media content captured by the THSO during the conference is the property of the THSO and may be displayed or used by the THSO for any purpose.
You release the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, the THSO, and its representatives from any obligation or liability associated with this event.
